Circular Roof Dome

Circular domes are commonly installed in a small or big atrium area. As the skylight is made out of acrylic domes, it has a great natural light transmittance that people can enjoy when walking underneath the circular domes around the mall, library and/or office or any other public buildings. The Circular domes can be installed quickly and easily as they already have built in with fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) curbs included.

Our Circular Roof Domes are supplied with insulated, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) curbs. These curbs are available in various heights. The finishing of these curbs on the interior is optional as they are surfaced with white FRP. Mac Circular Roof Domes are available in two types. The built-up roof type is intended for installation onto tar and gravel roofs. The shingled roof type is identical to the afore-mentioned except that the flange is wider and thus serves as flashing for installation onto shingled roofs. Both types are installed by sealing and securing the flange of the unit to the roof sheathing or decking and then applying the roofing or shingles over the flange.Mac Circular Roof Domes are available with circular aluminum curbs in place of standard FRP curbs on special orders.
