A couple of years ago, some beekeepers approached us about helping them solve an issue – in cooler weather hives can collect condensation inside their roofs, which can drip onto bees. A drop of water falling like that will kill a bee. Working with them we crafted a new type of roof from acrylic, fitting a standard hive and designed to funnel water to the sides so it drips down the outside of the hive. It’s literally a life-saver!
