A local builder doing some renovations at the Santa Maria retirement facility engaged us to remove aging skylights and replace them with a new array. The three-story building has apartments around the exterior walls, surrounding an open common area in the middle. The arched dome of skylights we added to the roof of this common area brings in a flood of natural light, making the space even more inviting and warm as residents gather for social activities.
